Refund policy

Corvalis Trade adheres to a fair and customer-friendly after-sales policy to protect your legitimate shopping rights and interests. We support qualified returns and refunds to ensure every customer shops with confidence.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund applications within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unwashed, intact, with original tags, packaging and accessories complete, and resalable. For cosmetics, the product must be unopened and undamaged to ensure product hygiene and safety.

2. Ineligible Returns

Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged artificially, or lack original packaging and tags are not eligible for return. Opened cosmetics, personalized customized products and discounted final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return & Refund Process

First, contact our customer service team via the official email service@corvalistrade.shop, submit your order number, return reason and product photos, and wait for our after-sales approval. After approval, we will provide you with a designated return address and return instructions. Please send back the goods in accordance with the requirements and retain the return waybill.
After we receive and inspect the returned goods to confirm they meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment platform.

4. Freight Rules

If the return is caused by our product quality problems, wrong shipment or missing goods, we will bear the return shipping cost and full refund. If you return the goods due to personal reasons such as dislike, inappropriate size or unnecessary purchase, you need to bear the return shipping cost by yourself, and we will refund the product amount after deducting the relevant handling fee if applicable.
